This updated house is your own mini resort centrally located close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer! Spend your days relaxing in your large, private backyard which has a covered lanai with plenty of seating, dining area, and tiki bar with outdoor refrigerator. You will love the outdoor shower for washing off under the sun or stars. The gas grill is perfect for a cookout any time of day. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and other beach gear are all waiting for you in the storage shed out back. Inside, the Master Suite has a king bed, full size dresser, and a private bathroom. There is also a second master off the kitchen with a queen bed and its own full bathroom. The Family Bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds with a full bathroom just across the hall. The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals plus a separate coffee station with espresso machine, K-cup machine, coffee pot -all with a supply of coffee/pods and tea for you to enjoy! Essential amenities include a private full size washer/dryer, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, and wi-fi throughout. Biking together though the New Smyrna community is a wonderful memory and there is so much to see and do. The back yard has plenty of space for activities and playgrounds, parks, and of course the beach are just a few minute walk away. There is parking for 3 cars. a Level 2 EV charger for your Electronic Car and 6 bikes in the back shed.  There are also nice touches like the two Dyson vacuums and the extra table leaf + chairs.
